London-headquarter and New York-headquartered CBGM, LLC (“CBGM”) today announceda strategic partnership that will bring together institutional capital markets expertise, new-build housing and HLPS’s differentiated myLadder resident proposition.
CBGM and HLPS have agreed on a strategic partnership, creating long-term alignment between the two businesses as they work together to extend HLPS’s innovative Institutional Housing Investment Platform. The partnership combines HLPS’s UK housing acquisition and technology platform with CBGM’s global capital markets capabilities. CBGM will work alongside HLPS on accessing global capital to create a programmatic model through which capital can be recycled, thus accelerating UK house building at scale.
