Latest News: New talent to steer HLPS

The Company is entering a new phase and the Team is being strengthened as we plan carefully to bring the ‘Freedom to Buy’ Smart Homes solution to market. All are senior professionals each with over 20 years of experience in their subject matter.  The core team is also supported by an advisory panel of property market experts.  

Richard George has joined as CEO. Richard is former MD, Director and co-founder of successful software and services company GOSS Interactive Ltd who are market leaders in the supply of their digital online self-service platform into  local and central government as well as large scale private sector organisations such as Virgin Group, Brittany and Calmac Ferries.     

Chris Wane has joined as CFO/COO, Chris oversees the financial innovation behind the Freedom to Buy concept.  Chris is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and joins HLPS after serving as a Director at Deutsche Bank working as both a senior equity research strategist and lead portfolio manager responsible for up to EUR3bn of client funds having started his career at Deloitte.   

Lynda Blackwell will oversee the legal and regulatory compliance necessary to implement the solution. Lynda was formerly the Mortgage Sector Manager for the Financial Conduct Authority and currently holds non-Executive Director positions with Molo Tech, Uinsure and Street UK and provides consultancy services to a variety of retail financial service firms.
